Cancellation Policy

We do have a cancellation policy in place, we know plans change but we need to keep the space available for those that need it. So for members we require 8 hours notice to cancel a booked session and for non members 24 hours. 

If you need to move a session to a different time or day, do get on touch as soon as you are aware of the change and we will do our best to accommodate.
