I’m Joel Brannigan, a Strength and Conditioning coach with over 25 years of experience in elite sport and physical performance. As a former international rugby player, I’ve had the privilege of working across Olympic sport, professional sport, and high-performance environments, helping athletes reach their peak and return stronger after injury.
My expertise lies in injury rehabilitation, athletic development, and health and longevity. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, chasing performance goals, or looking to improve your long-term health, I design underpinned programs that deliver sustainable results.
I’m proud to serve as a Director of the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA), where I help shape standards and education for coaches nationwide as well as roles as both a turor and assessor
